Outpatient therapy may be the next step after an intensive inpatient rehabilitation program, or may be recommended for recovery for patients who do not require inpatient care. Gateway Rehabilitation Hospital provides a broad spectrum of outpatient services, including therapy and diagnostics. Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, along with laboratory services are provided at our beautiful eastside location.

How do I get started?
Ask your doctor to write you a prescription for Gateway’s Outpatient Services. Or if you have not had the opportunity to see our facility as a participant in our inpatient program, please come by and tour our facility. We can provide you with a prescription form to take with you to your next doctor's visit.
Once you have a prescription from your doctor, call us at your schedule your first appointment. It’s that easy to begin improving your quality of life.
